I found out from the checker that Infinity was now live in my area. So out of interest and because I couldn't seem to find the prices for Infinity+Vision, so I thought I'd ask on live-chat:

Simon King: I currently have 30mb broadband, XL TV (with on demand) and a phone line. I'm paying £44 a month.
Simon King: What have you got that is comparable?
Simon King: I don't use the landline *at all*, so have no need for a call package
Harry: Unfortunately online we do not offer BT Infinity with any BT Vision package
Simon King: So you can't have Vision if you have Infinity?
Simon King: Huh?
Harry: You can, but we do not have a deal including both, you can get a complete deal by calling as we do not have this offer online as of yet
Simon King: Right.
Simon King: So you can't tell me what I'd pay for Infinity+Vision+Phone line

Harry: That is correct as we do not have this package online and would not want to give the incorrect price
Simon King: Impressive. How long have you been offering Infinity - 6 months? 'The most complete broadband provider'. Congrats on competing well with Virgin Media!

Thing is he didnt try and blag you. To me that means a lot. He told the truth didnt try to spin you a line and answered your question with the only answer he could call with call up and talk to someone who has info on that package

It was by far the best thing to do advising the customer to call in, I will always transfer a call in work if they need advice on upgrading as it is a much better experience all-round.
