4 on demand freezing?

I tried to watch a couple of episodes of Deal or no deal on catch up but the picture keeps freezing and pixelating. Has anybody else had this problem?

Its a Problem in the Langley Headend and only affects SA boxes

Not sure about ticket number but is affecting whole of Edinburgh

A quick search shows childsy is in Tonbridge. I suggest you ring VM, childsy.

thats linked to remedy 1245103 for freezing when fastforwarding on certain 4OD assets.

Looks like a tech has raised 1245443 from the field.

I agree it probably is the same fault. It's occurring nationally. Just sit tight childsy and it will get fixed.
