No Broadband Connection

Hi,

Im new to this forum. My internet has stopped working and the ready light is flashing. They are sending a engineer on THURSDAY!!! All my study material is online! Is there any chance of getting some compensation due to loss of service.

Is any one having problems in the IG9 area (essex)

Yep, 3 days worth of subscription should be all yours as compensation for 3 days outage.

Cost of BB service - divide by 30 days - times how many days you are with out services

Have you contacted VM by phone or newsgroups?
