As mentioned in another thread a few days ago, last week a former NOTW sports journalist was awarded c. £800k by a tribunal in recognition of bullying, unfair dismissal and disability discrimination.

Whilst I don't have a problem with this per se, having heard Mr Driscoll's account of the sort of dubious tactics he was allegedly subjected to, I couldn't help wondering what tactical advice he would now offer to his fellow hacks. I mean it's not unknown for some of them to indulge in a few dubious tactics and a spot of serious harrassment themselves when they sniff a juicy story...
