New Customer question

Hi there,

My friend has just joined VM the other day and asked to be conected to the 50 meg service -

However, 50 meg isnt available here so the guy on the phone put her onto 20 meg and said as soon as 50 is available then she will be upgraded.

My question is will she have to have a new modem when the 50 meg is avaiable round here?

Thanks

A

She will require a new modem that is capable of 50Mb and it will cost a further £80 as it has to be done via a manned installation.

Re: New Customer question

Would she have to pay for that even if 50 meg was available here now?
