The past few days my internet connection has been really slow. I have rebooted my Pc, Router and modem and still no change.
I am using XP, a Netgear WPN824 modem, with my PC connected direct via ethernet cable and have an NTL 250 modem.
This is a speed test done a few minutes ago. Not what it should be.
Also checked my download speed via,
http://fuller.zen.co.uk/test/ Downloaded a 100mb file, it peaked at 573kb/sec and took almost three minutes.
Can someone who knows the levels take a look at my cable modem signal levels and tell me if there is a problem or are all levels normal.
I want to ring tech support but from past experience they'll tell me the problem is my end, so just to check I'd like some advice first. Much appreciated.
