Hi just a quick question my son has professional on his laptop but it keeps crashing,he has just got this so only download he has on is messenger beta 7.00 any ideas what might be happening long shot i no thanks in advance paul.

When starting up or just as everthing is loaded just freezes,he has it running at moment taken messenger off now.

So it dosent happen every time - it just happens occasionally?

it could be a driver hanging - does Event Viewer show anything?
