Hi just a quick question my son has professional on his laptop but it keeps crashing,he has just got this so only download he has on is messenger beta 7.00 any ideas what might be happening long shot i no thanks in advance paul.

Can u tell us when exactly it crashes ? like what program he uses that causes this ?

When starting up or just as everthing is loaded just freezes,he has it running at moment taken messenger off now.

Not tryed it in safe mode yet as he on it at mo.

So it dosent happen every time - it just happens occasionally?

it could be a driver hanging - does Event Viewer show anything?

Hi seems to be running ok at mo got togo out will check later from son if all going ok and thanks to everyone will look at event viewer later byee.

Has it stopped hanging since MSN 7.00beta was uninstalled?
