Webspace username change
On dial-up account I have changed my primary username, but the webspace and ftp name doesn't follow the change. (I've kept password same to avoid confusion). Email changes OK as do 'member services'.
Is this 'feature' just a revenue earner for the technical support line (Internet search suggests common problem) , or is their a user way to correct the problem as the webspace doesn't follow as claimed on

Hi mmm,
ASFAIK any webspace address changes have to be done via the technical support line, username changes online do not change the webspace details. Give them a call it's quick for them to do it once you have got through!

Sorry, this may be a  question, as I've never had to ring them before...
To change my webspace username, for the tech support, do I use one of these numbers. I just want to know I'll be ringing the right number. (STB BB)

If you are using a STB the number will be 0845 650 0125
