Vandalised green cabinet

Cause I can't be bothered to wait for hours on the phone then get connected to some chimp and given another number to phone etc etc; does anyone know who to inform of a rather ill looking green cabinet (exposed cables etc) in Theale RG7 ?

...and in other news....

I went out this morning to replace my dodgy freeview box and noticed the green cabinet (don't know if it's ntl or bt) at the end of the street was taped shut with brown sellotape
