Missing mail from blueyonder

For the past two days now I have had no emails in my Blueyonder webmail inbox with regard to faults and maintainence and status updates,I usually get at least 15 daily,is anyone else having these problems?

I haven't been able to access my blueyonder mail from outlook for about 2 weeks now. When I called the helpdesk they told me to use webmail (which is working), and I have been made aware of some mails that I haven't received, but have been sent.

I just checked and lo and behold its working again and I have 63 emails,and this was among them ......
