Virgin Connect App

Hi guy's
Thank you for welcoming me.
I have a question about my virgin connect app.
Not sure if your familiar with it.
Anyway here goes.
My hub is showing three lights when I first go on it, at the moment it has two have green lights but the last one says its virgin media offline and it is showing red.
Any one know why? and what it is for.

I had the same info showing, because I hadn’t logged on to it for a while, and all the wifi devices here connect through Google Mesh.

It initially said "not connected", and asked me if I wanted to connect - I said "yes", and it connected automatically.
