Virgin Tivo and Logitech Harmony One

I have a Harmony One remote and I am really struggling to set it up with my new Tivo box. The model of the Tivo box is Samsung SMT C7100, but when I add the device it states I have no device which will change channel.

Also, I would like to add in my new Orbitsound bar T12-V3, but again I am struggling to find this in the device list.

Any help much appreciated!!

Try adding the Cisco version of TiVo - the remote codes are the same

Thanks, I'll try that. Is that under PVR? Do I use the actual model number or a Cisco one?

A thread over on Community Forum from a year ago http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/...vo/td-p/882037 says:

From Add Devices, select Video Recorder>PVR>VirginMedia and type CT8685. This should find the right device and add the codes for you.

Do you have any experience when it comes to Soundbars? Can't seem to set up the ORbitSound T12v3.
