Virgin Tivo and Logitech Harmony One
 

Hi
I have a Harmony One remote and I am really struggling to set it up with my new Tivo box. The model of the Tivo box is Samsung SMT C7100, but when I add the device it states I have no device which will change channel.

Also, I would like to add in my new Orbitsound bar T12-V3, but again I am struggling to find this in the device list.

Any help much appreciated!!

Try adding the Cisco version of TiVo - the remote codes are the same

Thanks, I'll try that. Is that under PVR? Do I use the actual model number or a Cisco one?

Do you have any experience when it comes to Soundbars? Can't seem to set up the ORbitSound T12v3.
