Changing ubr's? fixing packet loss

Hello, During peak time's i've noticed, my connection is deteriorating more and more. Ok not too the point of some fellow VM'ers on here, but it's getting "that" frustrating that i wan't to start asking question's. During peak i can get anywhere from 1-10% packet loss, being an avid gamer this is unacceptable.

My stats are near perfect afaik

Doing some digging looking at CMTS, i've noticed this;

I am on gors2, notice the ping spikes? And look at gors 1 it's nearly perfect. IS there anyway I can get on gors1?

Cheers

Easy answer is no each area (node) ie is on ubr 10 card 3 upstream 3 .You could move to another ubr but with every one else unless a reseg is planned
