Upgrade from broadband M to L 4mb or 10mb

Okay so I was on broadband m package with 2mb connection. I upgraded to broadband L and am getting speeds of 4mb. However I understand that broadband L customers got a free upgrade to 10mb. So my question is do I need to request an upgrade to 10mb or am I already on broadband L 10mb and just experiencing expected speeds. Im wondering whether im still on the broadband L 4mb service.

If you go to http://192.168.100.1 and login with the username and password root and then go into Operation Config, what are your Downstream and Upstream rates?

Not symbol rate, but instead your data rate on the config page
