I live in the PA3 area and im having nothing but problems for the past ~4 days. Basically every now and then the connection just drops, with the ENET/SYNC/RDY lights on solid, with nothing else. It's the NTL:Home 120 modem. A hard reset usually brings service back after a minute, but without the reset it just hangs like that.
Anyone else in this area experiencing similar issues? Here's some info from my modem:
Cable Modem Configuration
Type : Ambit ETH/USB Combo Cable Modem

IP address : xx.xx.xxx.xxx
Downstream Receive Power Level : -3.64 dBmv

Downstream Status
Downstream Lock : Locked
Downstream Frequency : 402750000 Hz
Downstream Modulation : 256 QAM
Downstream Receive Power Level : -3.73 dBmv
Downstream SNR : 35.74 dB

Your D/S, U/S, and SNR levels all look ok, your frequency may be out a little, maybe someone else could check that though, what level BB are you on?
I would post in the news groups and explain the situation, maybe they will send you a new modem as the 120's are notorious for being iffy.
Im on 4mbit... And been on the "middle tier" since i've been with them - well over 6 years (then NTL). I've had a similar issue in the past but it wasnt as frequent and it seemed to be an issue in my whole area as my dad was affected too.
