ata-6 and ultra ata/100

looking at replacing a hdd in a laptop to a bigger size. my interface is ata-6 and a harddrive i have found is ultra ata/100 i dont get it? is it the same?

I believe ATA6 = ATA133 so you should be able to buy an ATA133 hard drive, although the ATA100 will work also but it's slower. Wait until Zingle gets here though incase i'm wrong!

ATA 133 was invented by maxtor afaik there is a gnats small things difference in the two
