Help Please
My NTL phone line has been down for a while and I think it may be over 24 hours...
I'm after a number to report the fault...
I'm using my mobile at the moment and I'm not happy..
Could somebody please help.
Cheers
Ian

Re: Help Please
This number covers the whole country for telco faults and is open when the "normal" faults number closes at 8pm

Re: Help Please
That turns out to be an answering service, one that says they will get an engineer to phone back..... yeh right
Does anyone have a 24 hour number where I can actually speak to somebody from NTL and maybe vent a bit of anger politely?
Cheers

Re: Help Please
I'm sure that somebody will get back to you soon if you leave a message on the voicemail. I can't see that it is shabby as they aren't saying they won't help, just asking you to leave details for a callback.

Re: Help Please
I'm having problems too with my phone - it can receive calls - but I cannot make *any* calls from it. Cannot dial the 0800 or 0208 numbers in this thread without the phone simply going "bleep..bleep". Its really weird - yet everything else on ntl is working..
