How long?
How long does it take for a speed increase to take effect??

I upgraded yesterday but the speeds are still reading 1mbit.

Yeah, tried after I got off the phone and just done it again now.

It was late on Friday - about 4.45, maybe she left a note for someone to do it on Monday?

more likely they havent done it. give em a ring again not sure if they open sundays now or not

Try the upgrade online, you can see your options before you say yes to owt... at least you will know then.
