e-mail password problem
My son has messed up his e-mail password so now we cannot get any e-mails he may have been sent (he is 6).

NTL very kindly e-mailed the password to him but as we need the password to read the e-mails this is somewhat pointless.

Any advice is as always appreciated.

If you go to the email setup page and log on as the main account email address, you can reset the password yourself
