e-mail password problem
 

My son has messed up his e-mail password so now we cannot get any e-mails he may have been sent (he is 6).

NTL very kindly :rolleyes: e-mailed the password to him but as we need the password to read the e-mails this is somewhat pointless.:erm:

Any advice is as always appreciated. :)

If you go to the email setup page and log on as the main account email address, you can reset the password yourself
