It was all too much in the end. Stupid customer service reps was just the tip of the iceberg. I could elaborate but I do not wish to sour those of you who still have a good Cable TV service from NTL.
Mine however has been soured by more than one thing after another. Coupled with the fact we are attempting to save a bit of money each month, we decided to cancel. (a few steps in between which made our minds up more but that's another story)
We will instead grab a Freeview box. I of course will miss my Sports...but will seek them out through, alternative mediums
