Just want to say I gave up
It was all too much in the end. Stupid customer service reps was just the tip of the iceberg. I could elaborate but I do not wish to sour those of you who still have a good Cable TV service from NTL.
Mine however has been soured by more than one thing after another. Coupled with the fact we are attempting to save a bit of money each month, we decided to cancel. (a few steps in between which made our minds up more but that's another story) We will instead grab a Freeview box. I of course will miss my Sports...but will seek them out through, alternative mediums ;) |

Sorry to hear did you try retentions before you left, you probably could have ended up paying near nothing, doesnt replace good service but allows you to have some sort of remorse.
