I signed up for a new VM contract back in Nov 2014. I negotiated a deal through retentions which was supposedly a new 12 month contract. I even phoned customers service a few day later to check that the new contract was for 12 months and I was assured that the new contract was for 12 months.
Checking my latest bill I noticed that it states " Promotional offer(s) You're receiving a £10 loyalty discount if you change your package you may lose this discount which will end 07-JUN-16"
So does this mean that this contract is a 18 month contract and not a 12 month contract?
The top of the contract indicates that it is a 12 month contract. However, the loyalty discount information states a £10 per month for 18 months. So which is it?

Re: New Contract 12 or 18 months?
The contract is for 12 months but the loyalty discount continues for a further six months, VM hoping you dont cancel or renegotiate due to already getting a discount
