Evening all,
I have a system directly connected to a NTL 250 cable modem. The past months my connection speed has been getting slower and slower.

The above should show the speed I generally get now. Logging in to the modem, here are the details.

For the first time in about five years I have been forced to give in and call Virgin Media help. I am going to be sent one of those "wonderful" super hubs.
Eeek. Wish I hadn't called. I think I would prefer to stay with dial up connection speeds rather than suffer a super hub.
Something else that has really, really annoyed me is that VM have delayed the speed upgrades by over one year (West end of Glasgow). VM really should not write one thing on the internet and then change it months later. Least they could do is to apologise.
