As far as I'm aware it's January 14th, leaving over 2 weeks of this month then 4 weeks of next month before that schedule has been breached.
Don't bother posting in the community forum they have no more information than the spreadsheet, just suck it up, you've an updated schedule and it lists it as being next month. Posting threads on a bi-weekly basis about either Uddingston's 100Mb or increased upload release isn't going to make them come quicker, the dates are there and anything earlier is a bonus.
EDIT: In fact you were told quite specifically by VM staff that it was coming February 2012

Then posted on the 13th on the community forum complaining about it being 2012 and your not receiving the upgrade yet, then again here.
I'm unsure what's so difficult about this. The schedule has been available for a few days, you have been given a date of February 2012 both on that spreadsheet and by VM staff. Why are you posting complaining and asking if it's been done yet? When it's done you'll have it, and it could be any time in the next ~7 weeks before there's any cause to enquire again.
