Re: virgin media website

update

i did indeed get this offer for six months
i emailed a certain person
who then got a certain person to ring me
who then in just 1 day managed to offer me the same deal
but as a loyel customer i feel this is correct
i didn't want to go the retension rought as im pretty happy with everything and
was happy to stay as a customer.
so didn't feel thretening them just for a saving was the righht way to go about it
but reading this forum i managed to view a certain email that gave me direct contact with the right person and within less than 6 hours i got a reply and was promised he would get someone to ring.
the ring came just 1 day after the email

i say well done to virgin for acting so fast i think Loyalty works both ways
as ive been with them for well over 10 years now.
and hoping i will enjoy a further 10 years with them
dont get me wrong there has been problems ect in the past and prob will in the futre
but them problems would happen at some point with no matter who i was with.
better the devil u know i say lolz

He probably did...

he says he's been with them for well over 10 years and hopes to enjoy a further 10 years with them..

so I don't think 18 months is going to bother him, I could be wrong?
