I'm on blueyonder side of things but settings should be similar.
Go into the settings in webmail and then
Forwarding and POP/IMAP and where you see
POP Download: on setting number 2 change it to either archive or delete the email
When messages are accessed with POP.
You could change it to archive so that if you accidentally delete an email in your outlook you can get it back through the all mail option in webmail.
