V+ Box has just died (overnight)

As per the title our box (Scientific Atlantic model) has died and will not power up. I've swopped out the mains cable - no joy.
Is there a fix for this or do we need a replacement box?

 Cheers in advance.

Call CS - they normally just swap the box.

Pity, just after recording Pratchett and a few other things over Xmas which I now won't get to see.

Ah well, roll on Friday - yes, that's right I said Friday.
