Any way to request a callback from Virgin?

I was on hold to them for an hour the other day and gave up waiting for them to answer.

Is there any way to request a callback as I have to keep calling them from a mobile and it's very expensive?

theres more chance of a knighthood from the Queen than Virgin calling u back.

A friend of mine is still waiting a call back and its been 2 months and hes been onto them 5 times and keep being told that the person he needs to speak to is either in meetings or out of the office because hes been billed Â£100 over 2 months for adult movies he hasnt ordered.

Haha I was thinking the same thing.

I think everything is sorted now though - just cost me about Â£6 to phone them from my mobile. Lovely!
