How do you get the Broadband Size X @ £20?
I've been with VM since they arrived and wonder how to get the £20pm size X deal (£15 for first 3 months.) Currently I'm paying £24.47 and called them to be told it's a new customer only deal.

Fantastic, thanks v much!!!
Curiously enough I was able to order it online for that price but not over the phone...
Nice to see good old customer services are up to speed as usual...

It depends what your current package is. You can only receive the new deals if you take up a new service or upgrade an existing one.
I don't think the 3 months free is available to existing customers at any point, although I'm happy to be corrected. I was under the impression that it was an enticement for the inconvenience of changing providers.

Just out of curiosity chickendippers on your bio it says under location, "Newcastle and Horsham", would that be the Horsham down my way in Sussex or is there another Horsham up near Newcastle?

It's the very same technological backwater! Poor Freeview and DAB signal, plus no lovely fibre optics

Cheers pal, I didn't think there was a Horsham up in geordieland I'm surprised that Horsham hasn't got cable though, I know it runs along the coast from Brighton through Shoreham then to Worthing and on, I just assumed it would have covered Horsham as well being that its not much further inland.
