STILL CANNOT GET IT RIGHT = V+box
I have a problem fellow members, and l want to send an email, directly to Niel Berkett, does anyone know his email details, l will explain later.

Nope - And all pointless, all compliants addressed to him ar answered by the MD's office, atually based in Manchester (where all the other compliants are handled) few if any of the staff have even been to Hook never mind met Neil

And why would a director even read his own email?? Definatley going to have a PA that redirects all the dross

He does indeed - She is chaming too... Actually all our PA's are lovely in my experience...

Nah they are recruited for ability (as all VM employees are obviously).. The Customer Management MD's PA is very pretty though.
