Nope - And all pointless, all compliants addressed to him ar answered by the MD's office, atually based in Manchester (where all the other compliants are handled) few if any of the staff have even been to Hook never mind met Neil

Nah they are recruited for ability (as all VM employees are obviously).. The Customer Management MD's PA is very pretty though.
