The Switch Failed to Route your call?

Been trying to call Virgin, Sent 3 different emails, one on the 23rd of Feb and had no reply what so ever, so trying to get through on the phone.

Anyone know what i can do about the error "The Switch Failed to Route your call"?

What area you in? Dialing code?

Happen on all calls or certain ones? Call us and we'll find out what happened.

Yeah... Dial 150, listen to the thing about sky, press 3, wait, wait, Sorry the switch could not route your call and then disconnects. Go through in the end by going to billing and getting transfered.... think i should call 151 or not?

or just that every phone line was in use, so the switch had no line to send me to to queue, and thus failed to route.

Asked someone when i go through, and was told that it was probably because it was so busy
