I am suffering a strange problem. I use MS Outlook as my mail client, and it works absolutely fine ...
.... except for some emails that are sent to a
xxx.yyy@ntlworld.com address. Emails to
zzz@ntlworld.com always work absolutely fine - its the two part name it sometimes objects to (and yes the address does exist!)
It will not send the mail out, the delivery failure message states "The message could not be sent because on of the recipients was rejected by the server. Server response: '550 Invalid recipient <xxx>'. (Account 'Peter', SMTP Server: smtp.ntlworld.com', Error Number: 0x800ccc79)."
Outlook is set up so that outgoing mail is sent through "smtp.ntlworld.com"
Anyone got any ideas??
