Yes but I just got of the phone to NTL after trying to cancel my account.
The lady said I couldn't cancel as my account states my contract started in November 2005.
This is nonsense as I got NTL broadband installed in January 2005.
Anyway she said she'd have to refer my account to IT because of this and another downgrade I wanted and would phone me tomorrow.
Are they at their work? Has this happened to anyone else?
