Yes but I just got of the phone to NTL after trying to cancel my account.

The lady said I couldn't cancel as my account states my contract started in November 2005.

This is nonsense as I got NTL broadband installed in January 2005.

Anyway she said she'd have to refer my account to IT because of this and another downgrade I wanted and would phone me tomorrow.

Are they at their work? Has this happened to anyone else? :confused:

Did you change anything that may have restarted your contract period? It could just be an admin error in your account and they will be able to figure out when your account started by checking your payment records etc.

I went from 2MB to 1MB six months ago. Thast's the last time it was changed by me.
