Scrolling on channel guide

TV 360 box. Whilst searching for something to watch / record the channel guide just starts scrolling up. If I press "OK" it stops at that channel, but then I have to get back to where I was.

Also lose the logo's on the guide, which come back when I power off and back on.

I think it started about 2 weeks ago when I also lost all my recordings.

150 is useless. Can't get to speak to anyone and can't report online (unless I'm missing something).

Any suggestions, please.

Re: Scrolling on channel guide

Pinhole reset your Hub. Wait for it to restart, then on the TV360, go to Home - Settings cog - System and do Factory Reset. Keep recordings if it asks.

But you might have some other connection problem between the TV360 and Hub, depending on your setup

Thanks, spiderplant. Unfortunately it hasn't worked.
