Scrolling on channel guide
TV 360 box. Whilst searching for something to watch / record the channel guide just starts scrolling up. If I press "OK" it stops at that channel, but then I have to get back to where I was.
Also lose the logo's on the guide, which come back when I power off and back on. I think it started about 2 weeks ago when I also lost all my recordings. 150 is useless. Can't get to speak to anyone and can't report online (unless I'm missing something). Any suggestions, please. |

Pinhole reset your Hub. Wait for it to restart, then on the TV360, go to Home - Settings cog - System and do Factory Reset. Keep recordings if it asks.
But you might have some other connection problem between the TV360 and Hub, depending on your setup |

UPDATE. VM sent out an engineer who swapped out our TV360's. So far so good..........
