Windows run out of drive letters
I have an issue when i have all the drives i use on a continuous basis where i have run out of drive letters in windows 10.
I think i remember reading there is no way around this but i'm hoping someone may read it and someone has come up with a way around it.
Thanks.

Re: Windows run out of drive letters
You only need a few partitions on several drives to run out of letters. Perhaps the OP might take a look at reducing the number of separate partitions using (say) partition magic and re-organising his data storage.

Re: Windows run out of drive letters
You can "mount" drives as folders in windows.
(and have been able to for as long as I can remember).
They have never made this very obvious, but it works just fine.

If your data is located on the same logical drive, use shares rather than mapping drives to each folder to avoid using up the letter assignments.
Unless you have a floppy drive installed, A: and B: are not reserved.
C: is usually the OS installation drive.
D: is not reserved.
