Can't load PDF bills
Been trying to load PDF version of bills to compare them, and every time I click view PDF it comes up with a blank screen and nothing showing. CS says use Adobe, but it won't work with Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader installed on my machine. Anyone got any ideas as to how I can view the PDF bills please?

Just a thought do you have the latest version of Acrobat reader?
I have Acrobat DC which is the latest free version available from Adobe and I can read my bills ok.

I had DC, not sure if latest version. Will try that and let you know.

Not worked, all I get is the window with about:blank in the address bar. Virgin cannot seem to help, and I begrudge paying for an itemized bill to be sent out each month.

Re: Can't load PDF bills
Have you tried downloading the PDF to a temporary directory and then opening it from the reader?

Re: Can't load PDF bills
It may well be that when you click, the file is downloaded to somewhere on your machine.

Try the built in READER app that comes with Windows 10.
