I have to press reset everyday

Everyday when I come in from work, my Cisco box has frozen. It'll display the channel it was on ok, but it won't change channels or go into the menus. What do I need to know to find the cause of the problem?

Are you getting any error messages and also you may need to call in with these and to maybe get a box swap?

No nothing. Just no response from any buttons on the remote or on the box itself.

Personally, I'd phone VM and report it. I did this with my faulty V+ box and an engineer just came and replaced it with a new one. Top quality service.
