Webspace
Hello
I have a slight problem accessing my webspce...as i have never done it before!
I know that to access it you put your usename and then account password in...but mine is rejected all the time
when I signed up for broadband i wasnt given any password, that got created when i signed up - so has anyone got any ideas how i access my account?

you will need FTP sofware. Cuteftp is one. Ntl also provides on free (terrapin FTP?) the username and passwords are the same used when you set up your account

I have that software and it doesnt work, the site wont accept my password though and i have tried the one i signed up with too

to be sure you're entering the right one....ntl passwords start with a letter and then 9 numerals
only a thought.....

well the program i downloaded from ntl has upload.ntlworld.com stuffed in it so i havent changed that...peple are saying to use the password i got from NTL but i didnt get one! i made my own up when i provisoned the cable modem

I use the username and password that I first set up when joining NTL, the same as my primary email address password.

Yeah the password I am using is that one - which is why I am confused as to why it wont allow me access to my webspace, anyone know the numbre for tech support? I thinks I need to call them and ask them to have a look
