I find your comment about impressing you seems so much like a parent showing disgust to a child, I am sorry but I could not care less how impressed you were...... I was trying to get some info, which eventually I did get some sort of info.

after reading back before posting this, I find that you looked into my posts deeper than I have. I never had a go at you (as said earlier), I was asking for the majority of the NTLHome 100 & 120 modem customers, which includes me, because there was not a straight enough answer for them.
