Hi - I'm wondering if anyone could provide assistance to my internet problems.
Everytime I try to connect to the internet now, it says 'Page Cannot be displayed' I have noticed that before my IP Address did start with 213.***.**.***, now starts with 169.254.***.***.
I did try following the guide at
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/jayone/...2_ethernet.htm but the middle LED light on the STB never stays solid, it just keeps flashing.
I've also tried to ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew but always get
"An error occurred while renewing interface Local Area Connection: Unable to contact your DHCP server. Request has timed out." message.
I also cannot access the
http://start.ntl/ and
http://autoreg.autoregister.net/ pages.
Will I need to call Technical Support to get my Broadband back online?
