HiI phoned NTL last night, to ask about swopping out to a modem from a STB, lady told em it would cost ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50. Explained that i had been phoning during the month about the 10mb upgrade. Also explained that if i had know then it would cost me to get the modem i would have ordered it then. She said hold on and put me through to sales and got a new modem ordered for me to be installed on monday. Free of charge.Eastwood
