Dont think so i made 4 calls 1 to CS and that prompted the first post. the second to CS thay said it was done wrong in the fisrt place. 3rd was to CS and got pased from CS to TS then back to CS then was told to dial with option 3 for TS 4th call and the tech guy found all that i posted above because he said 1 of the modems with my mac addy had been put on 10meg. but it wasnt mine
. total time on the phone for call 4 was nearly 75 mins.
