take 2 pcs one with a static adress running a dhcp server and another acepting a dynamic ip hook up the static ip comp to the wan side of the router then other to the lan side then transfer a file from one to the other using ftp/webserver/smb if u specify the share,
offers far more abuse than and upto 10meg connection ever will
