Is it a folder that you have uploaded to the space? The odds are that you will need to phone CS if you cannot gain access to the file. I take it you can access your ftp space without problems but is it just that one file you have problems with?
(If you have a link to the webspace you are having problems with someone may be able to look at it and figure out why you are having problems.)
